Publisher Description

America was a break with the neoplatonic view of religion that dominated the medieval church. The Puritans and other groups saw Scripture as guidance for every area of life because they viewed its author as the infallible Sovereign over every area. America's fall into Arminianism and revivalism, however, was a return to the neoplatonic error that transferred the world from Christ's shoulders to man's. The author saw a revival ahead in Biblical faith.

Phenomenal

This along with Rushdoony’s other books are phenomenal. He was an accidental prophet, seeing so clearly the issues of his time that have become much more pervasive in present day. He speaks very clearly to many things that plague us today, offering a fully Biblical view on them.
