Rather than disappoint his beloved aunt, billionaire Derek Sherbrooke has reluctantly agreed to participate in her foundation’s fundraiser: a bachelor auction. Concerned about who the lucky winner will be, he devises a plan and enlists the aid of his longtime friend Brooklyn Novak. All she has to do is make sure no one outbids her. It’s a simple plan... until they kissed.
Successful attorney Brooklyn Novak met Derek in college, and has loved him ever since—despite her father’s disapproval. Rather than risk their close friendship, she’s kept her true feelings buried. When Derek asks for her help, she knows it’s a disaster waiting to happen, but can’t say no. But what is supposed to be a simple charade quickly puts her on an emotional roller coaster ride to a place she never wanted to go.
Can these longtime friends find their happily ever after together?
Bidding On The Billionaire
Way too short......I wanted more between Brooklyn and Dereck. Although the story was good it lacked the excitement of the other books. I was able to finish the book in one sitting, I was a little disappointed.
Bidding on the Billionaire
I was very disappointed in this book. I loved The Teachers Billionnaire. It had so much emotion. This book was just words. There was no emotion. I was being generous with 2stars. Don't buy this book. It was a waste of $2.99.
