When ‘90s B-list action star Philip Blaze charters a yacht to Honduras to shoot a TV commercial for a wealthy rum baron, he and his entourage get far more than a quick pay cheque and tropical vacation. Arriving in La Ceiba as the annual Carnival commences, Philip and his friends find the streets whirling with music and levity. But all is not quite as it seems, and they are soon caught in a power struggle between the despotic tyrant who hired them and narco-rebels fighting to save their land. Moving from the sea to the jungle, and from elite circles to dusty streets, Philip will need more than movie heroics to survive. He’ll need the quick wit and courage of his friends—who have their own perilous obstacles to navigate.
