About the Author

Jennifer is a wife and the mother of two young boys. As a child, she was a high-level competitive gymnast, a young entrepreneur with her own shell craft business, and a member of a tent camping club with her family. She loves RVing, boating, flying, skiing and is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she got her business degree and had a lot of fun in the great outdoors. She resides in New Jersey, where her husband, Gerald, is a public school teacher at a local vocational high school.

In 2022 Jennifer switched gears from her busy corporate career to focus full time on creating the Big Rig Family Truckster storybook series and a camp-lifestyle fashion brand, called #WeCampFolk to accompany it. Jennifer created Big Rig Family Truckster to share her family’s adventures, trials, and tribulations with other children and their families. She hopes that children as well as adults love reading her books and embrace the #WeCampFolk lifestyle.

Big Rig Family Truckster is one of only a few RVs made of his kind. The simplicity, yet complexity, of owning an older, rare RV can be fun, comical, and trying- all at various times. It’s not all s’mores, but Jennifer tries to keep it real and loves the special times and memories she is creating with her family.
