Very heartfelt
Reading Ms. Shaw's body of work, you can't help but feel her raw emotions. The book felt very genuine. Clearly, she didn't write this book to bash or hurt anyone. It seems to me that her message came across as helpful to other women or men who may need help with boundary setting, self love, and encouragement.
