Billy the Kid

Billy the Kid-Cosmic Cowboy is an experiment with Imaginal History deeply enhanced with audio, video, image swarms, and a dislocated sense of Place.  Did Billy escape his stalkers and escape to further adventuring?  Were Peyote and Mayan Tantric sex the alternative path of this Outlaw kid named Billy? How does legend emerge from scattered facts?  


Conceived and designed by Ken Adams, this project is a collaboration with the reclusive San Francisco poet, Robert Anthony.  It began with an impromptu video recording of Anthony reading a new offering, ‘An Ode to Billy the Kid.’  What was catalyzed from this inspiration is a strange brew indeed.  A micro-media ecology grew around early plantings and a completely unique art form was developed.  Judge for yourself.
