Every summer, Neil rents his guest room to a performer in the summer show in the small seaside town where he lives. His rates are cheap, he enjoys the company, and he's usually left alone to get on with his work as an illustrator. But he's never had a tenant like PJ. PJ is a handsome, talented magician with a decidedly dominant streak, who stirs unexpected feelings in Neil.
