(1) To let people who have bipolar disorder know that others in this world also feel the same or some times even worse and to reassure them to take proper medication and wait patiently even though it might take a long time to feel normal. So please read the content with that in mind (2) To help heath care professionals and others who do not have mental disturbances understand the mind of others who have mental disturbances so that blaming may be stopped and care and compassion may be extended.

The Author has Bipolar Affective Disorder, Anxiety Disorders and others akin. He writes from his own experiences.
