When ten year old Johnny was diagnosed with leukemia, most of his friends and acquaintances abandoned him. Only Wes, his best friend, understood the true meaning of friendship. Follow along with these two young boys in the mountains of New Mexico as they spend a wonderful day shooting their .22s, enjoy green apples in an ancient Indian corral, and learn about life and death.
