Meskwaki Atowewenwi (Meskwaki Language)

The Meskwaki Atowewenwi iBook Series is a language acquisition resource created by the Meskwaki Language Department.  

There are many kinds of birds and insects that live amongst us. Some we may not have even noticed. The reader will be taken on a tour to hear the terms that have been given to some of the birds and insects by the Meskwaki people. The reader may recognize many of these birds and insects but now he or she will be able to understand their terms in the Meskwaki Language. 

All Meskwaki terms are supported with images and audio clips of recorded Meskwaki speakers. Learn the Meskwaki language at your own pace. A fun way to learn and build your Meskwaki language vocabulary!
