Sample should include some of Keith Hansen's wonderful illustrations
I just downloaded the sample, which looks, a ebooks go, pretty we'll produced. But the publish does themselves a disservice by not submitting a custom sample that shows some of Keith Hansen's marvelous illustrations. You leave the prospective reader with no opportunity to judge the book for its illustrative excellence, which I know of, because of having a print copy.
I am an ebook designer, and I know what I'm speaking of here. The iBookstore allows you to create a customized sample; you should do it.
