Black And Blue

In 2006, an ambitious group of writers published The Covenant with Black America, a blueprint for Blacks to achieve the American dream. Inside The Covenant is a disturbing section titled Fostering Accountable Community-Oriented Policing. This section is supposed to educate Blacks on how to deal with Law Enforcement and understand Police operations.

Sadly, The Covenant misses the mark and only offers inflammatory and misleading information that will only lead to more distrust between citizens and Law Enforcement.
