Black Beauty: totally awesome!!!!
I love how the story plays out. We read it in school when I was in 3rd grade, and I fell in love with his personality and his calm way to which he can overcome anything, even his dearest friend, Ginger, dying. It is pretty sad when he sees her worked to death, but it turns out to be for the better. It has a great ending and doesn’t have any cliffhangers.
