Customer Reviews
Simply Inspirational
What an incredible poetic offering to the world. If you can see it, you can be it is shown in a joyful inviting way for Black boys to know they too can be as inspirational as these nine Black men. Black Boys will definitely get a true sense of empowerment, if my reaction is anything to judge by. I was filled with optimism and joy while reading this book. I hope every parent, grandparent, teacher, social, athletic, or religious leader will provide this book to any child under 12, but especially BIPOC boys (and girls!). A 5-star read with incredibly beautiful illustrations.
