Rosie Peters has always felt like a girl caught between the lines of a storybook. Raised by three great-aunts in the small town of Harpersgrove, Maryland, while working at Hap-PIE-ly Ever After, the pie shop that's always felt like home. But when her estranged mother dies suddenly, everything unravels. The father she's never met shows up out of nowhere at the funeral.
