Very simple very useful
Honestly diets today are way too complicated. They all claim crazy things that are never true. Etc. this book is no nonsense, simple to follow and will actually work if you just do what it says. A diet is a long term commitment. Not a 2 week thing. Stick to this and you will be very happy with your results that will stick around for a long time and make you healthier in the process.
Life changing!
Honestly this is the only book I’ve ever read on losing weight that has made sense to me and easy to actually do! So helpful with tips for restaurants and simple meals that don’t need excellent cooking skills. Myself and my kids are very great full to Suzie for showing us another way to live and eat healthy.
