Great book to start your journey
The accuracy of this book amazed me as most of the foods on the “avoid” list I was allergic to, or caused major bloating and gas. Prior to reading this book I had gone vegan for 3 months and had great success with my health, skin and weight loss. I slowly started introducing foods I should not be eating and eating them once in a while did not effect me but eating them everyday I started to experience a lot of inflammation. This book really brought light and brought balance with my relationship with food
