Pay attention...you will be amazed!!
I decided to try this new way of eating about 2 years ago...to see if some of the aches and pains would subside. I am B type and cut out chicken, tomato, and corn first...since those are what consumed most of my diet. Within days aches were no longer a part of my day. To test it out I reverted back to the three things I cut out and the pains came back. Since then I do NOT eat the foods on my AVOID lists. I did not start this diet to lose weight; however, without added exercise I have managed to go from 178 lbs. to 157 lbs. by just cutting the avoid foods from my diet. I feel wonderful and will continue to eat based on my blood type!
