Blooming Love

Diana Davis has a women's shelter to run, bills to pay, and precious little time for romance. An invitation decorated with roses is about the last thing she expects to find on her desk.


At the mayor's charity banquet, Diana meets Quinton Collins: handsome, wealthy, and accustomed to elegant parties and expensive suits. Diana prefers practical shoes, good cheeseburgers, and work that makes a difference. Their worlds ought to have nothing in common.


But Quinton keeps surprising her. He brings more than flowers to the shelter, trades social engagements for volunteer shifts, and seems genuinely interested in the people Diana has dedicated her life to helping. Diana might even forgive him for being such a good dancer.


His father is less delighted. And when the shelter's city funding comes under review, Diana is determined that her work will never be mistaken for a favour from the Collins family.
