The best I have read in years!
This novel is the best piece of historical fiction I have read in decades. Most fiction writers create characters that surround an event in history. This novel has characters that change history, and leave us with a sense of the possibilities that are lost, but can be regained with new found knowledge of another person's world. Simply amazing. I have been changed by reading this. Others will be changed as well.
