Blue by You left me blue
I've enjoyed many of Rachel Gibson's books, especially her Chinooks series. This one has a weak storyline. The excerpt from an upcoming book is more interesting. Download a sample before you buy!
Left hanging
Could have been a terrific story; however, just as the story is rising in action...it ends. Would have been great to see how Grandmother Sudie and Billy react to Blue & Pennington falling in love, or how they’ll combine their two plantations. More into the history of their ancestors & what happened to them would have been nice, too.
Blue By You
Be aware that this is a very short book, probably just advertisement for an upcoming book. An extensive section of the new book is included at the end. The "Blue" story is cute but without much plot.
I enjoy Rachel Gibson books, but wish it had been more clearly identified for what it is. I would not have paid for this had I known.
