Still, his greatest challenge may not be any of the above menaces. It just might be his neurotic new rescue dog, who absolutely refuses to let Max out of her sight.

Wow
If fiction is supposed to entertain, this is the top of the entertainment ladder. Have read the first two in this series in 24 hours and loved them. Max and I don’t have the same politics, but that doesn’t minimize the fun and pace of these books. They are funny, snarky and incisive. Rarely do I laugh out loud reading fiction, but for the last 24 hours have done so.......repeatedly.
Overdose
After overdose, after overdose, and no even cognizant that he could stop the lunacy. Skipped to the end eventually, as it was stupid repetitive after the second chapter. Glad it was cheap.
