Science good , conclusions not so much.
Like any book on exercise the writers always deal in too much generality. Following this authors system of once a week exercise is simply not going to work for most people. It would be like saying a race car driver only needs to practice once in a while to maintain his skill level. Common sense and reality knows that not to be true. Want to know what phys-ed instructors know their stuff?......just look at the people who train Hollywood actors and how they completely change their bodies in very short periods of time. They get results and relatively fast. Sure, most of us don’t need film star bodies but the underlying principles to get there are real. I seriously doubt any studio would hire this author to get their movie stars into shape. Interesting ready but I fear his conclusions are in error. Even Einstein made the wrong conclusions only based on science.
