Still beautiful artwork
There’s a bit more of a story to this book as opposed to the first entry in the series, but it’s still a little too... I don’t know... real? Little children who don’t have dogs may like the story best, but kids who do have dogs may think this sounds just like their dog’s actions. The bits on the artwork about what to feed and not feed your dogs is nice (though I disagree with the raw bones are okay statement). Boken is obviously an adorable dog, but I keep hoping that maybe he’ll have a bit more of an adventure???
