Compelling and eye opening
A most fascinating historical fiction, based in so much fact. I am bereft leaving Jane, I feel like I spent so much time with her and life as a courtier. The picture Gregory paints of court life, of the turmoil, and of Henry is so rich. Now is the perfect time read this book. Now is the time to stand against tyranny, as it is a familiar pattern you will see. Powerful men haven’t changed much in 500 years. What a great read!
