Bone Deep

For the past thirty years, Rae had been a legend in her adopted hometown of Alluring. She evolved from hot-tempered, brawling playboy to a respected leader of the Dark Angels and the town's protector. Once widowed, twice betrothed, and a mother to a teenage daughter, Rae felt invincible after the horrendous heartbreak she has endured throughout her lifetime. 

A decade later of easy living, Rae's confidence in her status as an aging leader begins to waver when a snowball effect transforms right before her very eyes when a cocky kid rolls into town with eyes for Rae's wife, who also inadvertently invites a rival gang to trample all over her perfect world, forcing Rae, once again, to pull out the big guns to keep her family safe.
