Excellent short story!
Book of Fears was spot on. It takes you back to that awkward time of middle school where you’re trying to figure out who you are and what you’re are made of. You think you know, but really you don’t until you start to lose the one constant in your life and feel like you can’t go on without it. Finding a book that grants you one wish to face your fears makes you feel you are right back there walking the middle school hallways again. This is an excellent short story!!
