Uses Sourdough starter great recipes
Great story about bread baking business artisanal flours & great recipes. Only disappointment is that so far the recipes call for sourdough starter I was hopeful for some yeast breads. I didn’t get on pandemic sourdough baking kick. These recipes are so good looks like I’m going to have to try.
