Dr. Samantha Moore is one of the youngest and most acclaimed researchers in the world. Her specialty is blood and she has been recruited by the largest pharmaceutical company in Scotland. For what purpose she cannot begin to imagine, but in an attempt to break out of her painfully shy shell, she throws caution to the wind and leaves her family and best friend behind in Savannah.
Dr. Kade Gunnach is taking a chance hiring an outsider, but he’s desperate to find out how to help his sister. He believes the key lies in her blood, but so far, no one has found the answers. When the new researcher walks into his office, he’s unprepared for his reaction to her and the life-changing ramifications her arrival brings. They’re drawn together by a force neither is prepared for, but Kade is holding something back. Something that could scare her away.
When Samantha learns his secret, will she run?
Will Kade be able to live with the answers he’s been desperately searching for?

Lightning Wrapped In A Rainbow
I fell in love with the wonderful Cauld Ane’s the first time I read Bound By Blood in 2017. I devoured every word, of every sentence, of every paragraph, of every page, of every chapter, of this incredible work of literary art. I have read this treasure so many times that if I had it in actual book form, the pages would show definite signs of love and reading wear.
The book that started it all. It started my love of Tracey’s (Piper’s) writing ability and of her work.
It is the start of the world’s introduction to the Cauld Ane’s. A loving, loyal, down to earth, protective group of people, I am so happy to have in my life.
The beloved characters come to life with each word I read. I get lost in the pages that I love so much.
It may sound crazy, but my world would not be as bright without this beautifully written, literary treasure!!
Bound by blood
Excellent book! I loved the complicated characters and enjoyed the sibling banter. And, wow, what a different spin on a paranormal story!!! This book was intriguing, interesting and a page turner. Excellent writing moves the story along quickly without bogging down with too many descriptive words or constantly repeating ad nauseam as some other books I’ve read. Thank you,
The main character, Samantha is pathetic! She’s highly gullible and trusting for a supposed scientist. Despite being repeatedly lied to and manipulated, she’s happy with a man doesn’t respect or value her in any way other than that she is his “mate”. Only worth reading if it’s free and you have nothing better to do.
