Entertaining, Thriller, Speeding Train
After reading all four books in this series, I'm hoping for another. This boxed-set is witty, sardonic, and has a grand presence of pitch-black humor. The wanton violence has consequences, typically devastating, and innocent bystanders bear the brunt of it. Every thing is well paced like a thriller should be and a satisfying complex plot. The characters grow over the four books and are always larger-than-life. I had a wry smile when I finished this and I recommend anyone looking to be entertained to read this, because this is a great new author.
