Charming and Riveting All At Once
Just as charming as THORN, BRAMBLES takes the reader on a brief yet touching journey, giving us insight into Alyrra's early life. From this story, I got an even stronger sense of Alyrra's moral character and the decision she'll be called to make in the later book.
Also, I somehow loathed Valka even more. To see her conniving and scheming up close, with personal details about the suffering she loves to inflict.. Ugh. She made my blood boil. But it also got me excited to re-read THORN, so.
Give this book a try! You won’t be disapointed.
