Publisher Description
William F. Hindley sued Beverage Distributors, Inc., a corporation, and Angelo G. Nikas, its president, for damages on account of the alleged breach by the defendants of a written contract of employment. The plaintiff sought damages for earnings which he allegedly lost when he was wrongfully discharged from the employment of the corporation and for a bonus which he contended accrued to him during the approximately one year in which he worked for the defendants under the alleged contract. The contract sued on was set forth in its entirety as an exhibit to the petition. The defendants filed general and special demurrers to the petition. The trial court overruled the general demurrers and one of the special demurrers and sustained the other special demurrers. The exception here is to so much of the courts judgment as was adverse to the defendants.
