Pleasantly Surprised Me
Breach of Peace was a debut attempt by Daniel B. Greene, and at times it definitely read like it. However, this book is just so dang cool. It's incredibly original and refreshing in a lot of ways.
While he clearly drew on some clichés to get him going, there's a lot to admire here when it comes to originality.
When I first started reading Breach of Peace, I was pretty quickly sucked in and couldn't really put it down. Although I had some problems with his prose and a few clichés that were somewhat corny, as well as some repetitive phrasing, the story was just really good and I applaud Daniel for what he has done here in his debut attempt.
Disheveled Goblin, I am now very much a fan of your books as well as your YouTube channel. I'm really looking forward to reading Rebel's Creed :)
Incredible story
Loved it! Watch your videos and love it. This had me hooked from the moment I started reading it to the end and it kept me engaged which is something not many books can do especially because of my learning disability.
A Wonderful Freshman Novella
While the opening scene meandered a bit in the name of worldbuilding, I give the novella full marks because the world it develops in these few pages is profoundly interesting and leaves me wanting to see more.
