Coastal Leadership
As a former chair of a STEM department at a P5 university, I believe that this is an excellent book discussing leadership. I wish I had read this book before I was chair. The concept of Cognitive Diversity was enlightening. The Menu analogy of what is possible and the concept of Fail Forward are significant leadership issues
