So much emotion
So much emotion and feeling in this series and it’s so real, I love this book and this series. It is worth the read!
Drugs and alcohol
I've read several of her other books and loved them, and the "sample" of this was really good, so I bought it. I wish I hadn't.
It was all about alcohol and drugs. It was just too much.
I've been through similar circumstances as Nova, so I know firsthand the emotions she struggles with. So my complaint isn't based off of ignorance. I also realize that several people turn to addictions to deal with pain. But I personally don't want to read about it.
There was nothing in the book description or sample chapters that alluded to the drug and alcohol theme. I wish I had known b/c I never would have bought it.
