Brian's Return

What became of Rosemary and Brian? Did they run away together or was this a kidnapping? Rosemary had been a Nurse at a nursing home in Pennsylvania, and Brian was a patient in that nursing home. They both mysteriously disappeared from the home one night.

Rosemary is discovered on a country road and becomes very close friends with a happily married couple living on that road but will they all be safe from the clutches of evil?
