Broken Blade
Not bad, enjoyable when you don’t set unrealistic expectations. First book I read from this author but I am encouraged that the next will be as entertaining as the last. Love the connection with Aral and triss concept.
Enjoyable Read
I’m just a rough grader.. I’d prefer to give closer to 3.5 .. just not quite a 4.
Main character is very likable in the genre of the broken down hero, P.I., etc. The read is quick and to the point and doesn’t drag on.. Definitely will be reading more of the series..
Broken Blade
Enjoyable read, not too long and assassins, who can complain? The author's style is of the, "when brevity meets completion", style rather than the 4 pages of description for a single room other authors offer. He is action centric so the story moves quickly and keeps the reader constantly engaged.
