Broken Blade
Not bad, enjoyable when you don’t set unrealistic expectations. First book I read from this author but I am encouraged that the next will be as entertaining as the last. Love the connection with Aral and triss concept.
Enjoyable Read
I’m just a rough grader.. I’d prefer to give closer to 3.5 .. just not quite a 4.
Main character is very likable in the genre of the broken down hero, P.I., etc. The read is quick and to the point and doesn’t drag on.. Definitely will be reading more of the series..
Great start to a series of stories
Captivating story, great characters. A bit wordy at times, but nothing that can’t be overlooked.
