Brown on Resolution

Brown on Resolution, published in 1929, is an early novel by C. S. Forester, later famous for the Horatio Hornblower series. It tells the story of a young British sailor, Brown, who becomes stranded on a German raider’s secret island base during World War I. Using cunning and bravery, he sabotages the enemy's operations.
