Disappointed…what is this teaching girls?

Although I love Lea and know she meant well…this book puts WAY too much focus on appearances. It is often sickeningly pretentious and shallow. Girls, you do NOT need to wear shape wear, obsess over makeup, or debate which foods are “naughty.” Wear what you want, eat what you want. You are enough just the way you are. You don’t have to try as hard as this book suggests.
