Good Fat Loss System
I liked this book because it didn't just get into the usual: diet and exercise. It did touch on those, of course, but it went even further and talked about lifestyle, behaviors and even thought-patterns that lead many of us to eat and gain fat. The book is very easy to read and enjoyable. At the end the author challenges you with a recap including all of the steps that he suggests to produce consistent fat loss. That's very helpful because I have something that I can go back to time and again to gauge my progress, or to remind myself of things I still have to do.
