By the Moon

reach out & clasp your hands to mine. let’s be lost together. unleash our souls down the portal to the messy truths of who we are. dig up our roots & replant them. hang our scars out to dry. fill our lungs with new ideas about love. bask in our darkness. shower in our light. slip out of old identities. breathe new beginnings. visit the moon & return home again.
