Dick Towing Company, solely liable for damages resulting from a collision in the Bayou Boeuf section of the Gulf Intra-Coastal canal near Morgan City, Louisiana, between the tow of appellants Tug Dispatch and the tow of the Tug Leo, owned by appellee, Commercial Petroleum and Transport Company.
