A great introduction!
The author covers a breadth of topics and does an excellent job of explaining each, giving enough details to explain the concepts and syntax, but too manny so as to over complicate it (which is a problem I've found in most programming books).
The examples follow a logical order and I was able to follow in a linear fashion; it never felt like the last topic was completely unrelated to the next. There was no "jumping"; the topics just "flowed".
As a beginning programmer, this book has provided tremendous help in building a solid foundation in C#. I would love to see more programming books by this author.
