Excellent Tool
This book is a great tool for attorneys, paralegals, or anyone else in the legal field. For solo practitioners and attorneys practicing at small firms without dedicated docketing specialists, this book provides everything one needs to know about deadline calculation. I can't imagine a more simply-put analysis of state and federal decline calculation rules and the real-world examples are wonderful. A bookshelf must-have for attorneys.
