I have the paper copy so I didn’t get it from Books but I love the book! I have pages and pages of notes about it and have re read the book now one more time. I love paper books but I also love having the millions of books at my fingertips in Books. I think the most valuable portion for me was the hour faces of freaking out and how to come away from them.
This is my second of her books and I ordered another. I feel like she’s my best friend sitting next to me in how she writes and love it! Swearing and all! We’re all adults and as adults we keep being told everything is going to be alright but no one has took the time to explain how/why until now.
I needed this book more than anything. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for this and helping me become a better person!
