I always knew I didn’t like camping and this book just proved to me that I will never do it again!!
I know this book is rated for young readers, as a James Patterson fan, I am now a fan of Jimmy Patterson and his team. I’m 50 years old and disabled (handicapable, as my son, Christopher says). I became disabled in my 20s and turned to books so I could get out of my head and forget about the pain. James Patterson was my first author I fell in love with and I devoured everything he wrote.
This book is not just for young readers, it’s for everyone. I’m so proud of the author for facing probably the hardest thing he’s ever done in his life, writing a book and hoping people will read it. I’m here to tell you, this is a wonderful book!!! I could imagine myself around that campfire with all the others and then joining them on the roller coaster that is this book.
Great job to everyone who had a hand in this book!! I’ll be sure to pick up the next one without hesitation.
