Suspenseful book!!!
This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Carson is sent to a friend of his boss, Ice’s, to figure out if the 82 year old woman is being gaslighted or if she is really going crazy. The woman, Aida lives in a mansion with her granddaughter, Eva.
Aida is concerned about Carson being there but realizes the necessity of the situation. Eva is an artist and comes across as a brat at some points. Carson takes it all in stride and even puts her in her place at times.
I enjoyed the drama, suspense and the evolving feelings between Carson and Eva. This book was quite enjoyable to read.

Carson and His Ladies
Confusion, paranoia, or threats. And if threats, by who and why. Many questions and it takes a team to find the answers. Dale Mayer kept me guessing to the very end. Bravo!.
