I really loved this book.
As of recent I would roll my eyes whenever I see another vampire/werewolf themed book. The thing that drew me into the book was the realistic nature of the characters and that the main heroine was not a blank wall for people to project on to. The story was believable for its genre and stayed true to the world of being a teenager. No ridiculous gifts, cars or homes of expensive taste. It was a sweet story with twists and turns that held on to the romantic story that was also involved. The story is straight to the point and doesn't drone on and on with silly banter. I look forward to reading the remaining books and advise anyone that reads this will not be disappointed. Keep in mind this is a story about a teenaged girl who is trying to deal with becoming an adult and being changed against her will into a werewolf. So it's a book that you can trust you teen daughter to read and keep her imagination going. Adults will love it too!!!
