Cast Iron Cooking

The tips for care were good. For that, I will keep this. The recipes were scant. I really wanted something more involved. I’ve cooked with cast irony my whole life. This book was designed for someone with no experience with cast iron and practically none in the kitchen. Let’s give it 4stars and rate it for the novice cook.
